Deadlines:
Preliminary Reports
–
Counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants are ordered to submit
separate written statements indicating their preliminary understandings of
the facts involved in the litigation and the critical factual and legal
issues. The submissions are to contain the parties’ proposals for the
organization of counsel.
Applications for

–Counsel for plaintiffs in the underlying lawsuits whose complaints
contain causes of action that are not included in the Master
Administrative Complaint must move to separate those causes of action from
the Master Administrative Complaint. Otherwise, the Court will dismiss
those claims with prejudice.
